Owning a Lamborghini, you'll recognize the aggressive windshield angle mirrored in the Gallardo, Huracan, and the latest Countach. My Lamborghini Tech revealed Lamborghini even patented this distinctive windshield diagonal angle.
Yet, amidst its striking design, the true gem of this Lamborghini isn’t its sharp angles or sexy body lines; it’s the name “countach.” It captivated the world, sparking a desire to learn Italiano!
Historians unveil tales of the Countach prototype hidden on a farm in Grugliasco, Piedmont, Italy, during labor unrest. A farmer's astonishment upon discovery birthed the iconic "Countach," a Piedmontese expletive expressing awe.
The brainchild of Marcello Gandini and Ferruccio Lamborghini's visionary foresight, the Countach embodies futuristic style, its influence resonating in modern Lamborghini designs.

The recently unveiled Countach LPI 800-4s also gives homage to the original, and “it imagines how the iconic Countach of the 70s and 80s might have evolved into an elite super sports model of this decade,” according to Lamborghini’s president.
While it’s reported this version is already sold out, you can be sure to see it and others on next year’s Motorsport Lab’s Cradle of Supercar’s Tour in Motor Valley, Italy. While there, we’ll be visiting several Lamborghini and Ferrari Museums and other amazing motorsports attractions.
